Your membership of My HR Club entitles you to a variety of benefits and services, including expert-led training and development Zoom Workshops led, an online portal of ‘good-to-go’ HR policies and document templates, access to our ‘tried and trusted’ HR software and services, and more.

My HR Club Zoom Workshops

As part of your My HR Club membership, you are invited to our exclusive series of monthly Zoom Workshops covering an array of topics and led by a diverse assortment of guest speakers and partner organisations.

These exclusive HR, Business and Management Development workshops explore a range of topics, and our line-up changes each month. If you’re too busy to attend, all workshops are also recorded and can be accessed on-demand here in the Members Area.

At the end of each month, we send out a monthly newsletter, which includes the Zoom Workshops for the month ahead, as well as the latest news from My HR Hub and the world of HR. If you are reading this, you will be on our newsletter mailing list. However, if you are not receiving our newsletter at the end of each month, it may be going into your spam/junk folder.

‘Good to go’ HR template portal

In need of a company policy or HR letter ASAP? Our self-serve online HR Portal is stocked full of over 150 tried and tested forms, HR policies, letters and other HR templates that members can download with confidence and fill out with their own company details. Plus, if you can’t see what you’re looking for, we’ll find it for you and add it to the portal!

The online HR portal is accessible through the Members Area here on the My HR Club website. You must be logged in to access it and you can find it in the Members Area dropdown menu.

Monthly 1-1 HR Q&A Sessions

Got a burning HR question or problem you need to get some advice about? As a member of My HR Club, you can book a 20-minute slot once every month and sit down with a member of our My HR Hub’s qualified HR team to talk it through and get some tips and advice.

These sessions are available to all members monthly and are exclusive to My HR Club members at no extra cost. If you require more hands-on support or advice for a particular problem your business is facing, My HR Hub consultancy services are available on a ‘pay as you go’ hourly rate.

To book your monthly 1-1 HR Q&A session, simply email us and we’ll be happy to find a time and date that works for you!

Please note: these monthly sessions are on a ‘use it or lose it’ basis and do not carry over from month to month.

Annual HR Retreat

As part of our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our members, the My HR Club and My HR Hub team hold an annual Luxury HR Retreat in the Peak District each year. We know that the world of HR can be stressful and sometimes a bit chaotic – that’s why we believe that our clients deserve a break and a chance for some time out to reset, reboot and recharge.

Our annual retreat is designed to allow you to do just that, with a group of like-minded HR professionals. Each year we choose a gorgeous venue nestled somewhere within the picturesque Peak District and plan the retreat to perfection with the support of a team of trusted, local suppliers.

The retreat is priced separately from My HR Club membership, but all My HR Club members have early-access to places on the retreat – as we know how much you need it!

Knowledge bank of past recordings and slides

As part of your My HR Club membership, you receive invites to our exclusive series of monthly Zoom Workshops. However, we know that you’re busy and it can sometimes be difficult to take an hour out of your week to attend these, so we record the majority of our workshops and upload their recordings onto the My HR Club website for you to watch back at a time convenient for you!

Our archive of workshops contains a wealth information on various topics – including HR, business, legal, health and wellbeing and more. Head over to the ‘Zoom Workshops’ section of the Members Area to browse through our archive of workshop recordings and slides, as well as listings for upcoming Zoom Workshops.

Networking and Collaboration

My HR Club’s growing member base is full of like-minded people in similar roles, across start-up, small and medium businesses, as well as charities. We can put you in touch with other members who can provide you with support, best practice, HR knowledge and collaboration – enhancing your skills and boosting your credibility and value within your business.
