My HR Club is a unique HR support club designed to support individuals tasked with HR responsibilities or oversight in start up’s, small businesses, charities and not-for-profits who are in need of some HR support, but don’t want – or can’t afford – traditional outsourced HR support. Designed to bridge this gap in the market, My HR Club offers low-cost, remote and self-service HR solutions and benefits.
Members can take advantage of a variety of online benefits and services which are detailed below. Membership is purchased on a per-member basis, however businesses are permitted to invite other line managers and employees in their business along to My HR Club online Workshops at no additional cost.
